I look forward to meeting you for your first session.  Prior to our session please have the About Me form filled out.  The more information you are able to provide the better I will be able to help you reach your goals.  My intention is to make the entire session as focused and meaningful for you as possible.

 

Please consider that payment is due before or on the same day of our session.  I accept cash, check, credit card, or venmo.  I respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.  There is a $100 no show fee.
