I am a mix of both head thinking and heart feeling.  Before being strongly called to the study of habits, intuition, and mind-body connection, my professional experiences have included a decade of working for a multinational information technology corporation as a Senior Account Executive and Senior Solutions Consultant.  My analytical thinking side strives to understand all the research, best methods, and science based answers for how and why alternative methods work for your mind and body.  On the flip side, my intuitive heart centered side gives me the gut feelings about what you need to make our sessions most effective.

I strongly, STRONGLY, believe that each person hold all the answers to overcoming your challenges and learning the life lessons inside of you.  My job is to help you access them, feel them, and live them.  It is a passion of mine to help you strengthen your connection to your inner knowing; your intuition; and your whild (whole and wild) self.  This connection is the foundation for self healing and realizing your dreams.
